How it works

Four steps. You stay in control of the only one that matters.

1 · Find roles

Pulls fresh remote contract roles, C2C and C2H.

2 · Tailor

Rewrites your resume to each posting, one page, ATS-matched.

3 · Review

Every draft, resume and fit note on one page. You approve.

4 · Send

You hit send on the ones you want. It never sends on its own.

You approve every one

The review page shows the tailored resume, the exact draft, an honest fit read, and a flag when a role is a repost or already in conversation, before anything leaves your outbox.

✓ Recruiter: YES ✓ Hiring manager: YES 99% keyword match ↗ Auto follow-up

What it does

  • Tailors your resume to each job description, keyword-matched, one page.
  • Drafts a recruiter-ready email per role, PDF attached.
  • Follows up for you when a recruiter goes quiet, and backs off the moment they reply.
  • Flags reposts and never double-submits you to the same seat with the same recruiter.
  • Built for contract roles, C2C and C2H.

What you bring

  • A Claude Code subscription (it does the tailoring).
  • Your own email account for the drafts.
  • Your resume. It all runs on your machine, so your data never leaves it.

Questions

The honest answers, including how it keeps you from stepping on your own applications.

Will it double-submit me to the same job?
It won't email the same recruiter the same seat twice. It matches postings on a loosened key (title plus location, ignoring seniority words and repost noise), so a reworded re-listing still reads as one role. When different agencies post the same seat, you'll see each one, clearly flagged RIVAL, and you decide who to go through, it never fires them off on its own. A role you already applied to comes back as a follow-up, not a fresh cold email.
Does it ever send an email on its own?
Never. It only creates Gmail drafts, it asks Google for the compose permission and not the send permission, enforced in the code itself. Every send is your click, in your own inbox, after you've read the draft.
What happens when a recruiter doesn't reply?
It stages a polite follow-up for you after a few working days of silence, threaded on the original with your resume re-attached, and backs off the moment they reply, so you never pester someone you're already talking to. You still approve each follow-up before it goes.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. It runs on your machine, with your own email account and your own resume. Your resume, your rate, and the recruiter details never leave your computer, only the drafts you choose to send do.
Which roles does it work for?
Data and AI engineering contract roles, Data Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Data Analyst, Databricks and Snowflake, Cloud and Data Architect and the like, on C2C and C2H. You tune the search terms and title filters to your own target.
